I am naturally a solutions focused person. My world starts falling apart if I can't see ways I can create positive change or take some kind of action. I also have to know what I have actual control over.

I suggest you list out what you have control over and what actions you can take.

Do you have counseling available through your insurance?

Make use of it.

It isn't just for broken marriages and child abuse survival. It's also good for surviving the fall of our country.

Now would be a great time to update your cpr and 1st aid certifications and possibly look at getting additional training in trauma or other topics.
