Someone shot up my kid's school today, and our governor is paying tribute to a guy who thought that is an acceptable price to pay for having the Second Amendment.

• Michelle Wu won all 22 wards.
• Of the city's 272 precincts, Josh Kraft won 9, including 2 in Dorchester (16-12 and 16-9) and 7 in South Boston
• Wu-Kraft tied (201-201) in one Dot precinct (16-10).

For all the time and resources Kraft spent in West Roxbury railing against the Centre Street bike lanes and road diet, he lost every single precinct there to Mayor Wu. Primarily a credit to her message and organization. And that his focus on those was overplayed and the bikelash didn’t materialize.
