Watching Jay, I realize I am simply exhausted by folks in positions of leadership who are driven to distraction by critique.

If you can't function with critique and pushback, a leadership position is not for you.

I used to eat lunch at the same restaurant every day. And I would order the same thing every day. And the point where I'd walk in and they'd tell me to sit wherever and just bring my food out was fucking incredible. It gave me so much extra time on my lunch breaks.

My employer is supposed to be announcing a bunch of new AI policies this upcoming week. Using it in a healthcare setting with how unreliable it can be remains horrifying to me.
