This weekend I got to have one of those New York weekends where you just get to do so much different stuff and you're just so grateful to live here. I:
-Tried Scar's Pizza (incredible crust)
-Went to my first DSA meeting
-Got Bialys and Rugalache from Elbow Bread

Wifey brought home some bulgolgi so I added it to our grilled cheese! Plus leftover butternut squash soup.

Butternut squash soup from @loveandlemons.bsky.social with shaved asiago and pumpkin seeds I skinned because I couldn't find pepitas and grilled cheese. I had a Soup-er Bowl party and my friend brought this recipe and I loved it. Very easy to make, especially with frozen cubed butternut squash.

I fear my pretty placemats will make me very annoying about posting my meals. Tteok-bokki (tokbokki? Dokbookki? I have seen this spelled so many ways.) with kimchi, eggs and cheese.

Made the #tiktok feta pasta with the super cute heart pastas I got at Trader Joe's.

Also, we went to a BBQ place after the show and all the guys that were working there were hyping me up so much. I felt like I was doing a little model walk going to the bathroom.😭 It was so funny, I was very out of place with all the trucker hats and plaid button ups but they were the sweetest.
