Potion of restoration part 3. I think this will be close to the final product

Another try at the potion of restoration. Swapped out gin for rhum agricole, figuring the grassy flavoring would pair well with the matcha. This is very close, balance was still a little off, but almost there. Next time I have to try it with cachaca

Taking another stab at my potion of restoration.
This hints at what I want the final drink to be, but it is way out of balance. A little closer though, so I'm excited to try again.

Today is Lughnasadh, a harvest holiday for the first harvest usually corn. To celebrate you should definitely indulge in corn and that means a bourbon old fashioned for me

I didn't enjoy either of these. The old fashioned is probably the 2nd tequila based cocktail I've ever made. The 20th century grew on me over the full cocktail
