I was about to suggest that you enabled it, changed all the settings to bock / hide, and then re-disable it.

I wonder if something is wrong with your setup if you are not able to toggle that option at all? Sounds like we need someone more technical than me to help.

Urgh, it sounds like they are not labelling it properly then. I've usually found that people here are quite good at doing that.

You can report the post and select "Unwanted sexual content" if it is not being picked up by your filters. And mute any inappropriate words that they use if possible.

(I've shown mine as an example. I don't see much at all, but I rarely go to the main feed, just following). You should be able to either totally turn off adult content, or warn or hide it.
Only works when stuff is labelled adult!

I only look at the Following feed.

If you are seeing a lot of that it might be time to mute some select words!
