Legislation to help reduce the number of domestic abuse-related homicides and suicides in Scotland has been passed unanimously by MSPs

As a Scot I'm obliged to point out that health care is free at point of need.
BUT throughout our working lives we pay Natiomal Insurance contributions to fund the health service.
