REPORT SUSPECTED IMPERSONATION Tell the dispatcher: "There is a man here impersonating a law enforcement officer, and he is armed." This creates an official record and ensures immediate response. 7. KNOW WHY THIS MATTERS There have been instances where individuals were harmed or even killed by people impersonating law enforcement. Transparency saves lives.
