Ohhhhh . . . So social media has to block inappropriate content, good to know. Start with Truth Social and X, while you are at it.

I had one of these when they first came out . . . Loved carrying music around (although a lot of the “good” music wasn’t available to me on cassette), and friends were super jealous, so win win.

The most chilling lines from Trump's disgraceful speech. He's declaring a dirty war on Democrats.

Sounds like @iwillnotbesilenced.bsky.social might need some down time . . . You are doing good work, but we are all entitled to a break, my man.

Take it easy.

Trump: "The ones that are run by radical left Democrats -- what they've done to San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles. They're very unsafe places & we're gonna straighten them out one by one. This is gonna be a major part for some people in this room. That's a war too. It's war from within"

Between reports that Trump seemed surprised that Portland is not having any serious issues, and that he was surprised that the current budget will mess with people’s healthcare, seems that grandpa is being manipulated by his advisors (and Fox Disinformation).

May be that Miller is now in charge 😬

Maybe the best repercussion for Trump (and some of his family
members) will be to freeze all of their accounts, and force them to prove that funds were legally acquired. Can’t show it now? All good, we can wait . . . After 3.75 or 3.9 years, whatever, all funds go back into the Treasury.

What these assholes don’t realize is that once everything is optional, that “everything” includes their fucking rulings . . . God, what dopes.

Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence NATIONAL SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL MEMORANDUM/NSPM-7 MEMORANDUM FOR THE SECRETARY OF STATE                THE SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

This is really bad. It won’t get the popular opposition the Kimmel incident did, but it’s way more sweeping and authoritarian. This is an effort to bring the full force of government down on any and all opposition to this administration.

Been thinking about this a lot recently . . . If there are no serious repercussions (like, not just losing an election), then there will be no disincentive for this behavior.

We put Bernie in a room with Trump supporters in West Virginia, the second reddest state in the country, to find out if he could win their support.
One Trump voter told us, "This is not how he's portrayed in the media...it was a mindshift of my whole belief system."

I have noticed on one web site I use, “no” just gets them to send me a _different_ ad, but “Maybe later” keeps the site in an infinite loop . . . Say what you will, but I think “Maybe later” is the perfect amount of certainty to be giving those fuckers (that being none).

Depending on specifically what you are talking about, it would be either Congress or the DOJ to hold him accountable, but it seems pretty clear that neither of those is going to respond.

I guess there is a third possible party, that being the electorate. We’ll see about that . . .

* would come in from outside when called,
* fetched like a dog, and
* worked with his brother to solve various problems.

Gold and white text on a black background reads "Here's the issue: Right now, corporations and companies like Walmart, United Healthcare, Exxon, and more can spend unlimited amounts of money to support (or oppose) political candidates and campaigns. That’s because in a case called Citizens United v. FEC, the Supreme Court decided that corporations can be treated as individual citizens when it comes to political spending, and any regulation on that spending is a violation of free speech, essentially putting our political system up for sale to the highest bidder." Some say the collapse of our democracy began when the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Citizens United. Now, in our political system, money speaks louder than people.

Proud to introduce the Citizens Over Corporations Amendment to overturn Citizens United and make our government work for us.
