But here in our little village of America, you might say every one of us is a president on the roof trying to enact a brutal agenda of revenge and self-aggrandizement without anyone noticing our brains are leaking out our ears.

and it started with making you angry about trans people in sports.
the trump administration is destroying ALL higher education but we only hear about the ivies because that's where the rich and powerful went or where their kids go. the obsession with them is missing the bigger picture.
31.07.2025 16:19 โ ๐ 609 ๐ 92 ๐ฌ 21 ๐ 7oh for SURE, but even if the students did actually love it: what did they learn other than "oh boy, cool toy on computer"? stick figures my students actually drew themselves have so much more value than chatgpt 'art' and it's so sad to think an educator could disagree tbh
30.07.2025 22:05 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0the students of delco deserve an actual education. you *know* this is not how students at villanova, haverford, or swarthmore are being taught, even if the schools incorporate those (ugh) tools.

While I have everyone's attention, the genocide happening in Palestine -- in Gaza AND the West Bank -- is a crime against humanity.
Please raise your voice in defense of Palestinian lives. They are depending on us to remind those with power that they have a right to live.
songs from 1989 i'm confident i would have known in 2004:
-wind beneath my wings
-i'll be there for you (bon jovi, my mom was a huge fan)
-like a prayer
-eternal flame (would not have gotten the artist though)
-if i could turn back time
All of these people need to be sent to the hague.

not to put *too* fine a point on it, but juliet was also famously not yet 14. it's like the first thing we learn about her.
