Idk why that video got me motivated to post

I typically don’t care to add to the noise unless it’s something I’m not seeing said much (maybe that last one has been, idk)

I’m fully off most socials (so liberating), only checking bsky and Reddit every so often, sharing my thoughts feels weird now

I just think they’re fine being called liars, especially when they can come up with flawed justification that tricks their little brains into thinking they aren’t

But, when the questions shift and dig deeper, they tend to shit the bed and are unprepared for that next level of questioning

If and when litigations end and it’s considered unlawful regardless of already being a DACA recipients, they no longer will be eligible for the ACA anyway

Passing this won’t change that

So, MAGA Mike, are you going against the courts by saying they’re here illegally when a judge didn’t rule that?

Anyway, they are usually lying but, just saying that won’t make them stop lying

When you got the chance to push the narrative further where they have to answer different tough question about their lies, DO IT!

But god forbid the other side has the judge that ruled against it actually allow for part of the law to continue while they figure it out

For good reason since deporting any of them would make ongoing litigation meaningless to that person…

Same logic goes into to stopping Trumps actions as well

And also constantly seem to take issues with our justice system’s rulings and undermine

And the hypocrisy of how, when judges rule what they’re doing illegal, and stop them, they’ll gladly ask the Supreme Court to shadow docket that shit just to be allowed to continue while they appeal the rulings

If I’m Warren, I’d point to how all of that out, and how those on it have legal status and documentation

That considering them otherwise is against the courts ruling

Then ask why MAGA keeps attacking productive legal residents (from DACA, to student visas, to even deporting citizens)

Just so everyone knows:

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients or Dreamers

Must have to been in the US before 2012

must apply for deferred action deportation and a workers permit every TWO YEARS

And are not eligible if they even have one MISDEMEANOR on their record

DACA itself has been ruled unlawful (I support DACA, just pointing out facts )

But, they’ve allowed for those DACA recipients to renew while litigation continues (no new applicants tho)

In their minds, if the process is unlawful, so are they, regardless of the courts allowing renewals

He’s asking about Dreamers, who are documented, and pay taxes but aren’t citizens, had healthcare via the ACA in some states

It’s why he phrased his question like that the 2nd time around

And, while it’s flawed, MAGA might actually feel calling them illegal

Free Agency hasn’t even started and I already feel much better about the IOL

And we still got the entire offseason in front of us

This feels different in a great way

With a franchise tagged Trey Smith and only 1 year with no void years on Thuney

They couldn’t just pay the cash and spread the cap hits with a restructure

My guess is they couldn’t justify having $38M of their cap this year on Guards

They definitely need OL help but also much more so..

Now OL typically ages pretty well when they’re Thuney’s caliber so I’d expect him to have another full contract left in the tank

I love this trade but I’m skeptical as to why KC would make this move

My first guess is the lack of cap flexibility they have specifically with two expensive guards

I think a 6th and a future 4th for Joe Thuney should push this point a little more

Great player but 33 year old on the last year of his contract

Means you’re trading a contract with little future control and not worth as much in a trade

Even though Thuney is fantastic

Now I’ll say this

Traditional Republicans idolize Regan (should be the opposite)

So I get using “Ronald Regan would be rolling in his grave” about Trump placating Russia and his disregard to our constitution and democracy

At least only in a way to tell those voters to wake tf up

I shouldn’t say led to police brutality but targeting one set of communities and demonizing black people

Plus allowing for police overreach

Probably played a massive role in it

Also interesting how there always seems to be an ulterior motivations behind demonizing minorities

I should be clear, I say dumbed down 3-3-5, I mean for the players

Pretty shocking but it makes me wonder if Sewell factored in

I loved Sanborn but I also loved my eval on Sewell (hasn’t had a path to the field tho)

Can’t speculate but we’ll find out as they make moves
