19.06.2025 21:43 β π 2872 π 712 π¬ 28 π 43Iβve noticed lots of pink Halloween fabric too! Itβs hard not to buy it all!
05.06.2025 05:05 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Itβs Boneyard in Violet from Erie by AGF! Itβs even prettier in person!

03.06.2025 17:53 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0A blue, green and black quilt with skater girl motifs is under the needle of a Juki sewing machine being quilted.
6 different pink and white Halloween quilting fabrics are laid out on an ironing board. They include black cats in witch hats, florals with sneaky skills mixed in, a Victorian house with ghosts floating around and tiny smiling pumpkins.
Iβm having a bad pain week, but a good quilting week. Iβve got one of my favorite makes ever under my machine almost ready to be sent off as a special gift and Iβm cutting into new fabric to make myself the pink Halloween quilt of my dreams! #quiltsky

If I have to spend a beautiful, sunny Friday afternoon doing annoying and high-stakes medical tests, I'm definitely starting a new thriller while I wait #booksky #disability

The last month has been brutal, dealing with a new autoimmune diagnosis and, ya know, all the fascism. But Iβm starting to feel a little human again, and look at this gorgeous fabric I get to play with now! #quiltsky #disabled

If the government says they donβt have to do that bc βnational security,β YOU can be disappeared.

17.03.2025 16:58 β π 34 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0was a spring afternoon in West Florida. Janie had spent most of the day under a blossoming pear tree in the back-yard. She had been spending every minute that she could steal from her chores under that tree for the last three days. That was to say, ever since the first tiny bloom had opened. It had called her to come and gaze on a mystery. From barren brown stems to glistening leaf-buds; from the leaf-buds to snowy virginity of bloom. It stirred her tremendously. How? Why? It was like a flute song forgotten in another existence and remembered again. What? How? Why? This singing she heard that had nothing to do with her ears. The rose of the world was breathing out smell. It followed her through all her waking moments and caressed her in her sleep. It connected itself with other vaguely felt matters that had struck her outside observation and buried themselves in her flesh. Now they emerged and quested about her consciousness -quote from Their Eyes Were Watching God
Absolutely! This is my favorite, from chapter 2, I think. I love the image of ideas and feelings questing about her consciousness too.
