I finally got the Vinegar Syndrome release of THE KEEP because I've wanted to see it for twenty years. Wow, it's so close to brilliance, you can really imagine how good it would be if Mann had final cut and they'd finished the special effects. Still has some stunning imagery and is loads of fun

It seems unlikely as the actual release date, but it seems to match up to the launch party event, and it wouldn't surprise me if people remembered that as the date - but I agree this is all circumstantial so far
