Someone in my neighborhood chat suggested that white people shop at Ideal Market since they're a locally owned chain and are probably losing money right now. (Hopefully the owners aren't Jan6ers or something!)

TW, food issues: Recently, I've realized how much progress I've made with my food issues. My first thought when I'm alone is, "I should eat as much unhealthy food as possible." But the past two times this happened, my second thought was, "Wait, I don't actually want to do that." And I didn't!
