American identity has historically been civic, not ethnic.

You don't defend an "economic zone." You defend a shared story and system.

The question isn't monoculture vs. multiculturalism.

It's whether the unifying layer is civic values or ancestry.

Zelenskyy articulated a very rational position.

Ukraine gave up nuclear weapons in exchange for sovereignty guarantees.

Russia invaded anyway.

So when Zelenskyy says:
"Security guarantees first, compromise second."

It’s not emotional rhetoric. It’s historical memory.

Begging the bigger question: Should money equals speech? And should corporate personhood have limits in elections? It's a structural democracy argument, not a conspiracy. Just saying.

The Non-US citizens influencing elections are the corporations.

Corporations aren't foreign citizens by default. But foreign owned corporations and foreign money influencing politics is a real problem.

After Citizens United, corporate political spending increased.
