Sunshine, Samba & history in High Park! ☀️💃🏾 Samba Squad brought the beats for Emancipation Month at Colborne Lodge, and I stayed after for a guided tour of Colborne Lodge to learn more about High Park’s past. Next week: Samba Elegua 2pm + free tour 3:30pm.

Bill 33 pushes cops back into schools. At a press conference, student leaders spoke out:

“It’s a distraction from chronic underfunding,” said Cyrielle. “It’s defunding futures.”

“Invest in education that cares,” added Raheem.
