This admin is stripping people of their due process rights in order to expedite deportations. It’s unlawful and unconstitutional.

In April, we sent a FOIA request to Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) requesting any policies related to agents wearing masks, hoods, or other face coverings while carrying out official immigration enforcement.

We received this response claiming ICE has “no records responsive" to our request.

Right now, thousands of public servants at the Departments of Health & Human Services and Education — and across the government — are receiving RIF notices that threaten not only their livelihoods, but also the ability of the federal government to serve the American people effectively and equitably.
