Maybe in a world where people dont do the "just get a keepable seven" mulligan but most time people get more chances to get a good hand.

Honestly depends on the deck for me. I personally dont think there is a hard and fast rule for how many lands you have to run but I definitely adjust my decks more than the average person.

That said if that say thats how many they would like to run don't push and just let it go.

To elaborate here that people saying “on paper” are also wrong. Just because it doesn’t have the check list items doesn’t mean it doesn’t have synergy. That’s IN the rules about brackets. People who bracket angle are in fact using the system incorrectly. Synergy defines your bracket as much as GC.

Put 38+ lands in your Commander decks.

You'll mulligan less (or better).
You'll play more real games.
You'll win more.
You'll have more fun or at the very least be less frustrated.

I have been pretty rude to myself lately so I will start fixing that. Let's start with saying that I am extremely proud of the last few decks that I have brewed. They legitimately feel like home. G'raha Tia, Celes, and Eshki Dragonclaw all have made welcome additions to my stable.
