Yeah- unique systems I could see it being problematic. I use it all the time but I definitely run it with a lot of guard rails- it likes to do weird stuff.

I've been whooped by fantastic uzuri players in sage. The biggest thing is that the cards to flip into aren't great. That being said, the new assassin cards are very good and I could see them coming in. I do think assassin just needs a bit more control and it'll find a place.

Time to power up Claude probably.

All my new aria cards from #fabtcg #PEN are so good. I'm an elemental player, not a class player - so I genuinely need to play all the elemental heroes now and decide what to main. I'm on a great hybrid build on Lexi, but I genuinely want to learn Florian and oscilio now with the new cards!

Thing I notice is the equipment just got a ton better in sage- more blocking out there. If I can pull myself away from bridgerton I'll get on with @ashenwingz.bsky.social tonight to discuss!

It'll never turn into anything other than something to play with my kids who now love Bionicle so I didn't want to waste too much time on it. But I'm excited to try it out to see if it turned out fun.

Ive been wanting to play a Bionicle board game for forever. I've had some ideas but today I used Gemini to help turn my ideas into something more. It did alright but it was enough to get more ideas flowing to a point that I'm gonna now test the game out.

Ultimately it's that the floor is lower. Not having a runechant up makes it that much harder, and it's not uncommon for ppl to have extra pitch. Ultimately tho ninja turtle is a big issue in low power formats but there isn't a turtle runeblade

Those are both 0 for 5 conditional and flick flac is a 0 for 4 unconditional. So not close. The difference of 1 is huge in this.

That's a 0 for 4 dreact that turns your next attack action into a 5 block. Not sure why this is even a question here since we are talking about 5 value vs 9 value- maybe even more value since that 5 block can instead be used on offense which no blocking card can do.

also we havent seen PEN- they said they didnt test this era- so they will probably be a lot less relevant once it is out.

its generic cards that go against it. Rootbound Carapace was because the value there is way more than 0 for 4 or 5. These are at least red and not yellows like MPG cards.
