Recipients of the โ‚ฌ325 weekly Basic Income for the Arts (BIA) were 6 percentage points more likely to have worked in the arts in the previous six months compared to the control group.

BIA recipients increased their creative work by about 11 hours per week on average: +5.3 hours making work, +2.9 hours research/experimentation, +1 hour performing/presenting, +1 hour training and management.

They were 14 percentage points more likely to have completed new works in the last six months and reported 3.9 more pieces of work on average than the control group.

Recipients of the โ‚ฌ325 weekly Basic Income for the Arts (BIA) were 6 percentage points more likely to have worked in the arts in the previous six months compared to the control group. BIA recipients increased their creative work by about 11 hours per week on average: +5.3 hours making work, +2.9 hours research/experimentation, +1 hour performing/presenting, +1 hour training and management. They were 14 percentage points more likely to have completed new works in the last six months and reported 3.9 more pieces of work on average than the control group.
