Agree to disagree again I guess. The game discussed isn't indicative of cozy games as a genre, and the bad things about it are mostly nothing to do with its coziness. Something similar would exist without cozy being something that sells right now. It's 2048.

If you're just using it for blocking/staging and are going to replace the actual models with custom art, it's a great idea. If just screenshotting the art from the sims, then potential copyright issues for sure.

I don't know if a studio has ever actually taken anyone to court over a broken embargo. More likely they'd just cut that publication off from prerelease screenings in future.

They don't strike me as having too many layers of management, and they just had a recently announced gamez so I'm hoping they're mostly OK!
