The first Hades has an unbeatable roguelike frame—dying just resets you because your home is in Hell—and even without that Hades II manages to be incredible

It was actually the first in a hexalogy, parts 1-3 didn’t come until decades later

‘Aquaphor’ sounds like the name of one of the Infernal Arms in Hades
