Unknown bird perched on the window bars.

I'm afraid my phone camera isn't the best, but this little thing comes to my window every day. It's as if s/he is saying "Aren't you done with that book yet? lol!

Does anyone know what kind of bird this is? Location: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
