I like the Bol version, it tastes like a milkshake and its ingredients are actual food (banana, almonds, oats, coconut, etc)... Apparently it's a step up from Ensure (which my stepdad lives on after throat cancer). Huel tasted like cardboard to me.

Imagine fleeing your home, leaving everything behind to escape war or persecution, and suddenly finding yourself alone in a new country, and unable to go outside because a terrifying mob is threatening your life. (4/6)

These protesters (often bussed in) say it’s about local concerns. So why target vulnerable people who have nothing to do with gov't cuts to services? They have zero evidence for their accusations about hotel residents, who are stuck here while the Home Office deals with a backlog of paperwork. (3/6)

I grew up watching TNG, and DS9 came out at the perfect time for me - at age 12, I was just starting to question things, but still young enough to not be horrified by the goofy parts of season 1. By the time the show really hit its stride, it was the touchstone of my moral universe.
