Overvaluing spoken word over written word is extremely ableist. They want us all to communicate the same way, even though a lot of us struggle with social interaction in person and are expected to fall in line like something is broken within us.

I joined a poetry writing circle and this is just everything I always wanted to do that I never had time or energy for because I was simply exhausted. I mean I still am tired, but I have more time. I just love all these communities that are blossoming. I guess you have to get bored to get inspired!
