After speaking to about half a dozen practicing trans orthodox Jews and seeing how wildly different their needs, experiences, and transness are, and how consistently they were waived away by rabbis giving general rulings instead of personal ones, it's clear to me how much it needs to be personalised

From a review of the halachic literature, I'm personally on the fence on whether I agree with the minority or majority. If I were to ever become a Rav and rule on this, I think it would really be a case by case basis. I think some trans women should be 100% be wearing tefillin and some defo not

You certainly have solid ground and the opinions of true giants to agree with the minority. For some, it's a life-death matter to rely on.
A bris is private because the community are not interacting with your bris. A mohel is, immediately, but on the day to day, it's only you (and/or your partner)

From a halachic perspective, there are two categories of halacha that are segregated by gender. One are communal mitzvos and the other are private mitzvos. All poskim I have spoken to agree that re: communal mitzvos, a person acts in accordance with the gender which they have transitioned to...

In terms of practical halacha, most opinions would say you do not need to. There are some that very well might say (London Beit Din and Rav Nebenzhal, but this is me guessing based on some of what they said to me) that a drawing of blood is needed, but not a milah itself

I love Judaism and I love people. So I try make sure the two can work together

But like, the Kuzari already notes that the vagina is an inverted penis, and most rabbonim have read the Kuzari and remember that

I've spoken to some younger (my age) NK 'converts'/loosely associated Edah people who aren't necessarily NK a lot recently. I will say that amongst them, and they recognise that this is in contrast to their compatriots, there is a genuine concern for Palestinian liberation that I can appreciate
