Returning to theaters for Halloween.

Idea: release Arcane theatrically with each 3-episode act as its own screening. Six screenings total for all 18 episodes.
The show‘s visuals are legendary and seeing it on the big screen would be INCREDIBLE.

I guess I disagree? The larger plot of the season as I saw it was the Earth X dimension and Chris’s/Harcourt’s drama, along with Chris trying to find comfort with his place in the world. And all of those received satisfying resolutions.

I truly don't understand why people are upset with this finale. It resolved everything, and at the very end set something else up. Ruining Chris's happy ending at the last second, which is very on par with the rest of the show.

Devilman grasping onto Satan (Ryo) with tears flowing down his face. Devilman is dark with strong bat like wings and large animalistic muscle. Satan (Ryo) is stoic, beautiful and appears somewhat like a glimmering ghost. The androgynous hands of Satan are held near to Devilman’s face as they study his tears. They are surrounded by a vibrant fire. Cascading around them both are the strange long finger-like wings of Satan.

I think the biggest difference between The Internet Then and The Internet Now is how Being Mad Online used to be the one thing you could never admit to, under pain of death, and now, Being Mad Online is a whole career path with a skill tree and an ever-expanding variety of debuffs.

They’re doing that disorienting fascist thing where the rules make no sense to a rational, fair-minded person because there are literally different rules depending on who matters and who doesn’t. It’s very old hat, but I guess we gotta keeping wearily tapping the sign.

It’s so annoying that we all have to just continually point out how rules around/between decorum and violation are applied asymmetrically to vulnerable groups versus the people who are always hassling them, and it’s extra insulting that the people in charge are trying to lol it away.

I found more joy in life this way.
