This is Levy, they are an excellent napper. The thing I love most about them is how caring they are, not just for me but about my roommate, and her dog, too. The cat and dog are bffs, which is pretty cute.

OPM must review the public comments and respond to significant comments 2. If OPM does not follow these steps, federal courts can stop the policy. Commenting is your opportunity to make your voice heard and fight against this dangerous policy before it harms millions of Americans. Comments helped fight previous policies and can do so again: For example, Health and Human Services proposed reducing certain Medicare reimbursements for health care providers. What the policy does Removes civil-service protections from a new category of federal employees called Schedule Policy/Career. P/C employees become at-will workers. They lose their right to challenge terminations or appeal reclassification to the Merit Systems Protection Board. Allows agencies to identify and recommend "policy-influencing" roles into Schedule P/C. Gives the President sole authority to reclassify federal employees as P/C and removes their ability to challenge reclassification. Why it matters. Makes mass firings between administrations more likely, which weakens government expertise and efficiency. Politicizing government functions weakens continuity and the delivery of public services. The policy will remove safeguards for those refusing to break the law in favor of partisan outcomes.
