I really loved Promise Mascot Agency.

The story and characters are way more interesting in Yotei to me so far.

I missed out on the Klonoa games as a kid and so these remakes were my first experience with the games. I enjoyed them a lot but I agree, the old games just look better. I appreciated the remake for introducing me but in retrospect, I'd have preferred simple ports of the originals.

I often mention the RE games as great examples where both the originals and remakes should be played because they're all very different experiences that are worth playing imo.

I def noticed it but never really saw it as bad. If anything, I think it looks kinda cool lol

A car accident knocked out my power for 7 hours last Friday and yeah, I also got yelled at by my PS5. I felt pretty silly

Yeah it's still been audible, just very quiet compared to how it used to be. I actually just figured it was something on my end, which is why I haven't brought it up before. And it probably is just my phone or something.

For the last few weeks your podcast has seemed much quieter than before. I haven't been able to listen to it at my noisy work anymore. Don't know whether this is the same issue or not since I listen on YouTube.

Eternal Duelist Soul on GBA is a bit easier to get into than the earlier GB games imo. It's also structurally more simple than the later games in the collection. So I think it's a great one to get started with if you just wanna jump into battles.
