Republicans have attempted to repeal, modify, or legally challenge the Affordable Care Act (ACA) more than 70 times since it became law in March 2010.
Yet these bonehead Democrat Senators thought they would bring a vote on extending the ACA subsidies if they caved to the GOP to end the shutdown.
The original Dem demands were:
1) Permanent ACA subsidies
2) Medicaid funding restored
3) No more blank checks for the regime (rescission)
They dropped Medicaid immediately. Went silent on rescission. Cut back to 1 year of subsidies on Friday. And surrendered today.
