If you don’t have a local library card, it should be your New Year’s resolution to get one. It’s an easy resolution to keep and you’ll actually use it, trust me.

People not understanding that you can own a million dollar house and not be rich. So many boomers bought their house when it was priced at low six figures, lived in the home for 30 years and now it’s worth over million dollars. If they lost their house in a fire with no insurance they are fucked.
