I did a homebrew nanowrimo one year where the goal was 3 screenplay pages a day (for a total of 90 pages), was a lot of fun! Using the 50k word goal for a screenplay could work if it were multiple episodes of a TV show, I suppose?

you have to kill the devil's advocate in your brain when you're writing, you have to smother the imaginary bad faith reader that lives in your head. Trying to please the voice that tells you the person reading your work is ignorant/malicious is a mind-killer. There are better ways to create cohesion

I played as F!Byleth the first time around because I prefer to play fem characters when given the option, but I can't stand her design, so I picked M!Byleth this time and all is well. Happy to embody a floppy-haired twink in a cool outfit.
