But they won't because humility isn't part of the message anymore. The prayer closet is empty, the poor are imprisoned, and the hungry are killed. And many of them when they die are going to scream, "But God, I did great things in your name," and he will say, "depart from me, I know thee not."

They traded the carpenter for the businessman. They dropped love thy neighbor for love thy checkbook. They went from "God is Love" to "God hates fags" and they gladly did while fattening themselves off of the donations of the faithful. They all need to fall on their face and beg for repentance.

The problem that evangelicals create, and as a former evangelical I think I can speak from experience, is that it has no educational requirement for leadership. Any false prophet with a microphone can be amplified into stardom without having any of the ecumenical knowledge can become a small king.

Faith without Doubt is directionless and stupid.
Faith without Reason is cruel and domineering.
Never forget that American Low-Church Protestant Evangelism is an empty storehouse. It is miserable obedience at the cost of senseless death and destruction, painted with a false smile.
