I cannot with the parents who post their autistic child’s meltdowns on socials. Their most vulnerable moments without consent 🤦‍♀️

I wanna pierce my nose but I feel like my nose is too big and already gets too much attention. 😂

But looking away feels wrong, like silence. It’s a daily tightrope walk between awareness and self-preservation, and most days, I don’t know where the line is.

I find it so hard to balance staying informed with protecting my mental health. Every headline feels like a punch to the chest, another injustice, another act of violence, another reminder of how broken things are.
