Like there's a lot of shit in the world but there's also little things. Little things like watching an animal find their home and people.

Especially because some have special needs or maybe they're just breeds that people don't always want because they're not the most aesthetic breeds. So they take longer but idk. I saw the post today of some of the dogs going to their new homes and got all sappy.

One unspoken perk of my job is some of the local foster partners will bring their dogs in and we work with the community to try and get these dogs adopted so when we get to see posts of them being adopted, going to their new home, it's really heartwarming.

I can't share pictures because it's work related but one of the big fluffy dogs at work has her tail dyed to be like a little sun burst and it is so cute
