The past week:
Aran perched close to the Visitor Centre, three chicks on the Pont Croesor nest (one was a visitor), and at least three different intruding Ospreys.

Cafodd gwirfoddolwr Joanne Harvey y pleser o weld Glas y Dorlan wrth y Caban Gwarchod dydd Sul diwethaf wrth iddi ddisgwyl i Walch ymddangos.
Protection volunteer Joanne Harvey was treated to the sighting of a Kingfisher on the footbridge last Sunday as she patiently waited for an Osprey to appear.

There was an unexpected visitor to greet us as we arrived at the Visitor Centre yesterday morning. This is the first time we have seen a Roe deer at Pont Croesor!

Dyma oedd y tro 1af inni weld KC6/Teifi ar nyth Glaslyn! Dyma hefyd oedd y tro 1af iddo gael ei weld ym Mhrydain fel oedolyn.
On this day last year...
The first time we ever saw KC6/Teifi on the Glaslyn nest! Itβs also the 1st time he was resighted in the UK as an adult.
Diolch to Laura and Joseff from Menter MΓ΄n and the enthusiastic students from Bangor University for coming to the Protection site last Monday to help us remove all the Himalayan Balsam.
Everyone worked very hard throughout the afternoonβ¦despite the overwhelming heat. Not a plant was left standing!

Am 05:42 bore ddoe, glaniodd Glas 019 ar nyth Glaslyn. Hi yw'r fenyw a drawsleolwyd yn Harbwr Poole 2019 sy'n bridio ar nyth lleol.
At 05:42 yesterday morning, intruding Osprey Blue 019 landed on the Glaslyn nest. She is the Poole Harbour 2019 translocated female breeding locally.

Ar Mehefin 19 gwnaeth Glas 721 (Dyffryn Tweed 2022) ei 3ydd ymddangosiad o'r flwyddyn ar nyth Glaslyn. Doedd Elen ddim yn hynod groesawgar a gafodd 721 ei hebrwng i ffwrdd.
On June 19 Blue 721 (Tweed Valley 2022) made his third appearance of the year at the Glaslyn nest. Elen escorted him away.

Ar Mehefin 18 glaniodd Glas 432/Eshells (Nyth Kielder 6 2021) a Glas 416 (Nyth preifat Cumbria 2020) ar nyth Glaslyn gyda'i gilydd.
More visitors!
On June 18 Blue 432/Eshells (Kielder Nest 6 2021) and Blue 416 (Private nest Cumbria 2020) landed on the Glaslyn nest together.
