Off to Nagoya on the Shinkansen (bullet train) tomorrow. Excited as AF.

Absolutely loving Tokyo. If you have never been and get the chance to go, do it without hesitation. Such an amazing city.

Tokyo subway is nuts. That was an experience. Sardines get more room in their tins.

I don't bother brining it, always turns out fine. I'd also keep the beef away from visitors. I'd have beef on the big day but my wife and kids would be gutted if there was no Turkey.

Yes, we always used to get a frozen turkey as a backup option in case we couldn't get a nice fresh one. Few years ago we didn't get a fresh one so used the frozen. Haven't bothered with fresh since. No difference.

Tokyo is insane. Love it.
