its important to remember that there's more neurodiversity than just AdHd and autism. Schizophrenics and Psychopaths are neurodiverse from birth. Cluster B, and dissociatives are trauma induced, so not always considered ND.

Narcissists are Cluster B, along with Borderline folks, Anti Social folks (sociopaths, if you're being rude) and Histrionic folks. I think of Cluster B as neurodiverse, but its not on the autism spectrum. It can be present in autistic folks.

narcissists struggle with empathy. By my definition Narcissists are neurodivergent, depends on if you include trauma and not just genetics. Sounds like they're projecting themselves onto all of neurodiversity.

neurodiversity includes a range of empathy. Im personally hyperempathic, which can definitely include struggle. Elon Musk meanwhile seems to have very very little empathy.
