I *know* that I am old and The Kids are just used to doing things this way. But it is a BAD way! Email is objectively better for sending, saving, storing, and sharing information! You can label it, search for it by keyword, forward it. EMAIL IS BETTER!

Oh the account we all share? That if one person looks at it, it’s marked as read & no one else sees the new message? And if you have more than a couple of exchanges it gets pushed off the page so even if you do check you still don’t see it?

I genuinely don’t understand how / why venues and bands use Instagram Messenger to plan whole shows. How do you find shit later? How do you type long load in or backline info? Doing any kind of business over social media chat feels so unprofessional to me. Email like an adult.
