I have written to Wes Streeting, following his private admission that Israel has been committing war crimes.
History will shame those who could have spoken out against the genocide in Gaza, but chose to serve in governments that aided and abetted it instead.
Jim Ratcliffe is a British billionaire who resides abroad to avoid tax and has accumulated vast wealth off the back of international talent at Man Utd.
His dangerous, divisive and hypocritical rhetoric must be resisted. We need a total economic reset and a wealth tax now.
As an Arsenal fan, I have always enjoyed our historic rivalry with Manchester Utd.
Above all, I admire its identity as a diverse club with players & fans from all over the world.
Jim Ratcliffeโs comments are a disgrace. Migrants arenโt the problem. Tax-dodging billionaires are.

Even Wes Streeting has admitted that Israel was committing war crimes, while Starmer's government was supporting them with weapons, reconnaissance flights and political and diplomatic help

"Would you include yourself as somebody who's been disgraced?"
"Yes..."
In 2024 Smith accepted a seat in the Lords.
It's really unlucky that the people charged with vetting Mandelson's Washington appointment didn't think to try a basic Google search. It would have saved them a lot of work

One of the key differences between @jeremycorbyn.bsky.social's team & Zarah Sultana's Grassroots Left slate is the idea of bringing people along & learning from each other, not gatekeeping

There is a real choice:
A mass electable party offering urgently-needed policies to improve peopleโs lives
or
A smaller, more ideologically pure one
Jeremy Corbynโs and his The Many team's vision is the former; Zarah Sultanaโs Grassroots Left slate the latter

Jeremy Corbyn should wear this t-shirt pretty much every day now

[I photoshopped the image on to his tee-shirt. True though the statement is, Jeremy Corbyn isnโt as crass as I am!]
He put himself up - it was open to any member. As to why people endorsed him, I donโt know. I suspect his name played a part, whether because of people mistaking him for his brother, or just by association.
