Haven’t posted in a bit because Sam isn’t well. She’s been declining for awhile and we’re facing some tough decisions so I am just hanging out with my best friend, giving her lots of love and hoping I make the right ones 💔

Dog walk report. Mostly clear and -10 at 5:30 this morning. Sam is not feeling great so she’s taking some time to decide if she’s up for a walk. Seems she has a short one in mind 🐕❤️

Dog walk report. -16 at about 5:30 this morning. No real wind - so that helps. Sam had me up for a bathroom break at 4, so I thought we might get a sleep-in. Nope. Happy Sunday ❤️🐕

After work walk. -11. Sam is more willing than she was this morning. Season’s greetings snowman remains - which we love ❤️ 🐕

Dog walk report. -11 at about 5:30 this morning. The plow has been by. Heads up neighbours - lump of snow to be dealt with at the end of the driveway. A bit breezy. Sam is changing the route ❤️🐕

Dog walk report. -14 with some light snow falling just before 6 this morning. Sam is pleased. Even old dogs get excited by new snow ❄️ 🐕❤️

Dog walk report. -7 and snowing just past 5 this morning. We can hear plows in the distance, but we’re first out, breaking trail ❤️🐕

Dog walk report. New snow! -9 just before 5 this morning. The plow woke us, so we’re exploring. It’s pretty, sparkly snow. Not too wet. Quite beautiful really ❤️🐕

Dog walk report. Chilly at -10 this morning, but no wind. I didn’t realize how much it had cooled off or I would have wrestled Sam into her coat. We’ll keep it short ❤️🐕

Dog walk report. +3 and cloudy just before 6 this morning. Much of the snow and ice is gone. No rain. Sam seems pleased to resume her routine neighbourhood inspection ❤️🐕
