Slapping 25% tariffs on allies like the EU? That’s straight out of the Pyongyang “self-reliance” handbook. Screaming about “fake news” and attacking the media? Putin perfected that move years ago. Cozying up to dictators while alienating NATO and democratic allies? Classic autocrat behavior.
