Healthcare system reform needs strategic consideration of the following theories: economics, systems, game, political, ethical, organizational, informational. We need to establish checkpoints and timestamps.

Listen to the US government fumble with our healthcare. Disappointing but expected. We don't have to live on our knees.

If they won't sell, the public can take actions to toxify their branding. For example Investigate journalism. Finding issues with employees to motivate employee actions. Persistent small scale protests outside of the company headquarters would create an atmosphere of crisis for the executives

For example let's say UK's Circle Health Group would cost Β£1 billion to buy. Divide that by the UK population 67.6 million. With 50% population buy-in it would cost individuals Β£29.59 to acquire a billion Β£ company. Even if they double the price, that's less than Β£60.

No harm in critique! What I'm proposing is a new way of managing the market. It would allow the public to weaponize their purchasing power. Sort of how BlackRock/Vanguard operate. Every year, the public would have an opportunity to voluntarily pay into proposed acquisitions.

For example we could buy an insulin factory and change the selling price. Competitors would have to change their pricing to compete. Even if we don't capture 100% of the insulin market we will have a regulatory market influence. Profits can be rolled into the next strategic acquisition

the directing Board will have dedicated slots in order to attain an optimal executive system. doctors, financiers, policy experts, merger and acquisition planners. If enough people buy into the idea we could take over Goliaths and change how they operate within the market.

My plan basically is to build a healthcare takeover company. publicly funded but not through the government at least in its infancy. This company will do strategic corporate raids. It will be directed by a board of elected experts.

You could point them to the exorbitantly high cost of healthcare in the US and how US tax money pays privately owned medical facilities for public health services. At a certain point, if enough of the market is privately owned Those owners of the infrastructure set the price.

Correct me if I'm wrong, is there a trend in the UK right now where privately owned medical facilities are increasingly providing care paid for by the NHS?

If that is true, I would ask your government why tax money is being invested in privately held infrastructure rather than the public.

I bet there's an interesting history of exploitation in Kerala that spurred the public to act in this way! Are you in the US? We can fix our healthcare system, I have ideas that might be worth gathering around.

Death rates rose in hospital ERs after private equity firms took over, study finds The increased deaths in emergency departments at private equity-owned hospitals are most likely the result of reduced staffing levels, researchers say.

One solution, we take over.

I spent 1.5 hrs on the phone today with my insurance company forcing them to cover her prescribed psych meds. At the end of the call I found out it was cheaper to get the meds online without even going through insurance. We are being robbed blind. In this case it was United Healthcare. Fix it!

Would you be interested in developing sensors that would be deployed in our waterways to detect pesticide runoff? These pulses of poison are bad news. It's up to us, the citizenry, to furnish the scientific evidence for something to be done about this. The market forces in AG are killing us

We need healthcare, not health insurance, we also need to recognize our collective purchasing power. We can start by buying an insurance company. Then we can make an example of a pharmaceutical company, then we start buying hospitals.

If the public were capable of organizing, I have a strategy where we can incrementally take over the entire healthcare system. Simple public funding towards a focused and elected "National Health Network" could function like a monopoly and force markets to change.

Can we better fund societal utilities like science and healthcare with this. Are we the people able to better appropriate our resources directly rather than relying on an elected representative

In Putin's Russia look at how the wealthy are being used as high level chess pieces. I bet most of these oligarchs would happily accept a "do-over" taxation is an economic tool we use it to shore up the inadequacies of "for-profit" everything.

As the world plunges into chaos, The stability of wealth will be threatened without a nation state to protect the interests of the super wealthy. When disbursed properly, Taxes can provide stability. Among other things,
Stability provides opportunities for building wealth.
