I have argued in the past that the decorum of our democracy is rooted in civility. The SOTU is attended out of respect for the office, if not the person.

But Trump isn't civil... he has no sense no decorum. It will be over an hour of him ego stroking himself.

That should be boycotted.

I have been trying to figure out why leaving a blanket behind was such a big deal.

The one thing I have to say about our DSL line is that has been steadfast in connectivity, even if slow at times. We are on also on broadband 5G, but have discovered the cell tower only has about 4 hours battery in power outages which is why we keep the DSL right now. Fiber is 1/2 mile away.

I wonder if this interview is a trial balloon to see if the boys can inherit the family MAGA business. It makes no sense for them to do it otherwise. They are making money in the shadows.

Energy production is not the issue. It’s energy storage and transportation. Energy locked up in long chains of molecules, to be released at use. But we are on cusp of alternative energy transport and storage that exposes how dirty, and costly, are fossil fuels. Plus moving production closer.

Why do I think that her future flights might have unusual levels of turbulence? Nothing truly overt… just less than perfect flights. Demeaning and firing a pilot over a lost blanket is like asking for the waiter to spit in her food. Which is also probably happening more often than she realizes.

There is a Canadian airport up here, just across the border from Washington. If you watch flight tracking you can see that sometimes the approach is right down the border line.

Thank goodness they did not lock onto an aircraft. Borders are tricky in the air… there are no lines. We’ve had the grace of our neighbors and us to them as well in shrugging off minor incursions.

I know we civilians struggle to understand, but I believe that the chain of command is responsible for everything done below them… a captain of ship can be demoted for bad navigational judgement of the officer on deck… because they are responsible for the training of all the ship personal.

To this civilian… they were given a weapon, but not the associated targeting systems and… more importantly, the chain of command to operate. An incident like this would have had serious career issues for whomever issued the command to fire. But I fear if we dive in that is going to be murky.

It is a strange wording… enough so that it seems to have been an imprinted thought for him created at the moment. He knew then exactly what Epstein was… and took his family into the environment. Of course he is already financially in cahoots with Epstein.

Also… I believe the estate for Epstein can declare the NDAs paid by him to be voided. Of course they want to keep his ill gotten money… it’s why they have seemingly been helpful with producing some documents.

But they will fight anything revealing financial records.

NDA for a settlement in a civil case should not be able to be used to thwart or hide a criminal case. That is where the wealthy can throw money to get an out of jail card. It doesn’t change behavior nor is it a deterrent. The law needs to be clearer.

Considering that he continuously slams the Auto-Pen... yet has repeatedly made announcements via his social media... I would argue that this is very much a legitimate question that needs an answer. Who has access to the account? Who can make posts? How do we determine what's real or not?

Consider that the ultra wealthy have so much money as to be able to get anything done. Anything.

We still can't definitively say when or even how he died (No noose?). But we certainly know the crowd he ran with had the money to make anything happen. Anything.

A corrupt court fights for its life... even just a change in the House can trigger hearings revealing the depth of corrupt that exists. Which will build the case for full court reform becoming a part of the next presidential election.

Ask him to lead a prayer…. Seriously!

Everything he does is in defiance of their faith… everything.

In a true democracy the military is subordinate to the civilian government. It’s ingrained in the very fabric of the military itself.

Using such vocabulary, as he does, erodes that separation.

Military, by its nature, must have an adversary to exist.

This language is making the people the enemy.
