I am loving these! Therapy for everyone, it’s not chemical castration or some shit. And the fish pics thing yesterday—I cackled. Surely not all men are primarily driven by seafood? Correction: that part of the yard is doing a lot, making itself very happy and dumping lots of water toward the house. But nothing else I *want* it to do, so an Ent-shrine seems appropriate.

A fallen tree limb standing on its branches to the limb is nearly vertical, in an overgrown yard. The limb looks vaguely like a person walking.

The high winds this week have gifted me a Yard Ent. (Obviously I have to keep it. It’s not like that part of the yard is doing anything else.)

But the real question is how to kill it without drastic measures, like, say, burning the entire garden.

As someone who trained in a defiantly leftist program at OSU, I am absolutely not surprised. OSU had already rolled over and peed itself like a scared dog as soon as “dear colleague” came out, closing many of its DEI centers. Lots of firings. The whole system has been GOP-run for years.
