I’ve always felt like I lucked out, and have been riding that wave ever since. I know some day it’ll reach the shore, but I’ll always appreciate the journey I’ve had.

They won’t sell it, but they also won’t fund it, so it’s stuck in purgatory until either the hosting expires or they decide to relaunch the NFS brand in the future and bring it back.

It was alive (or thereabouts) for 18 years, which is a remarkable run in the online space.

I don’t envy anyone working in that field, although I’m sure there are wonderful communities out there as well.

Reading some of the discussion around the Switch 2 at the moment is baffling. It’s like people have lost all rational thought / refuse to accept people can like different things.

I’ve been dipping into gaming again recently, and oh my had I forgotten how wild and toxic it is. Makes car culture seem completely sane by comparison.

On a break at the moment with family in the south of Spain, our first trip abroad together since our daughter was born.

Really appreciating this time off in between the mayhem of travelling & work, and grateful to be able to enjoy it.

It’s all gone a bit mad, hasn’t it?

Out of sheer coincidence, I've listened to two podcasts recently on Death Doulas. It might sound grim, but it's a fascinating subject and one which we all have to face.
