Got rid of a twin bed, the frame, and all the sheets. Seriously I do be complaining about Craigslist people flaking out, but getting rid of things for free is always fast as heck.

I changed the way I work a couple of months ago to follow this advice, it made a big difference and my productivity went up by miles.
