The only advice I'd give is: If an area sucks, leave. Come back when you're stronger.
Most areas have multiple ways in and out and ways to skip to the next area. Explore like crazy.

The soundtrack to this game is fantastic!

I do like Alex Garland movies, however what plot line would they even focus on? It's a huge web of demigods and environmental storytelling. Literally a single area has days worth of lore. Just saying... I don't think general audiences will be down with the Will of the Fingers....
