Finally got around to making this. Taste was on point. But mine wasn't as saucy as yours. Did you reserve some pasta water? It looked like it said rinced, so I didn't reserve.

Been thinking on this since I liked this post. Took me a min to figure out "crunchy. Chili crisp" wasn't a typo. Also need more detail so I can replicate. Just start doing cooking vids on the Tubes please.
