#hobbystreak day 52 and I'm calling Captain marvel done because I know I'm stalling on motivation and need to move on for a while. Bonus group shot as this is the heroes finished at last, barring maybe some varnish if I ever want to use them.

It's a base, painted grey.

Proof of wet paint at the very least.

My #hobbystreak is alive, today is day 50 i think, but it's been very lacklustre the last few days and I don't really have the energy for social media. I'm just logging in to look at other peoples work while I wait for paint to dry today.

#hobbystreak 47 was mostly working on the yellow doing very small bits of brighter and lighter yellows to try and get it to look a bit shiny.

#hobbystreak day 46, a bit of experimentation with stroke and pressure while I did the suit highlights. Learning is fun!

For #hobbystreak 45 I tried a bit more on the faces and glazed the blue suit with a purple to shade it a bit.

I spent #hobbystreak 41 and 42 drinking whiskey and playing RPGs on the slopes of Slievenamon. Back home and painting for hobbystreak 43 tonight.

#hobbystreak 40, starting on the yellows. Need to figure out what I'm doing with the energy bits soon.

For #hobbystreak 38 and 39 it's slow going. I basically just did some more red and blue and added brown for some bits.

I glazed Spider-mans red bits with purple and then glazed him again with red. I *think* this should make the red appear less pink than just glazing over white, but obscure the black lines less than multiple red glazes. Did it work? #hobbystreak day 31

#hobbystreak day 30 The lines on Spider-Mans suit are recessed so I'm hoping that by doing them now I'll have less mistakes to fix later 😅
